Description The Digital Full-Stack Developer III produces scalable software solutions and are responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. This individual leverages OOP patterns along with enterprise class technologies to coordinate development of highly scalable web applications. The right candidate will be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and libraries and performs all traditional development tasks, mentor other team members, participate in project planning, and help protect corporate assets and intellectual property. An appreciation for and history of collaboration across multiple teams in technology is a must. Job Responsibilities Design client-side and server-side architecture Build the ADA compliant front-end of applications through appealing visual design following brand style guides Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications Write effective APIs Create accurate time estimates and development plans for upcoming projects, reviews and validates estimates and development tasks from junior team members Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software Mentor junior level developers to help grow all SDLC skills including analysis, design, estimation, development, testing, etc. Work with Development Manager to establish best practices, patterns and standards as new technology arises Actively adapt to changing technology needs and frameworks to best serve the technical and business needs of the organization Define and develop software unit tests and test plans based on business requirements. Support the company's safety program Support the company's harassment-free work environment policy Support TBC Code of Business Conduct Qualifications Bachelor or Associate's degree in computer or technical-related field with courses and training in web design, usability, and development or equivalent experience Proven experience as Full Stack Developer or equivalent role Expert understanding in at least one the following back-end languages and frameworks - Java, C#, Python and Node.js Expert understanding of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js and Angular Must have a strong understanding of source code management and continuous integration Strong mentorship and leadership skills with respect to junior developers Ability to support and migrate legacy technologies - ASP, PHP, VB and ColdFusion Familiarity with administration of application servers, networking, load balancing, web caching technologies and cloud computing Familiarity with business process management, analytics, sales and marketing Strong organizational skills and dedication to quality Excellent customer service abilities Must have excellent attention to detail Benefits Competitive compensation Tuition reimbursement 401k plan with a company match. $80K -- $100K
