Director, Global Receivables at TBC Corporation in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Our Finance Operations team is looking for a Director of Global Receivables to oversee and enhance the Order-to-Cash process. Successful candidates are demonstrated leaders in the Order-to-Cash space within a Global Shared Service environment and proven track record of building high caliber teams. They enjoy being challenged by balancing day-to-day operations, while also identifying innovative ways to drive meaningful change. In this role, the candidate will oversee the global team responsible for Credit, Collections, & Cash Applications. They will be tasked with developing metrics to identify trends, process improvements, and strategic opportunities. Candidate should have a track record of influencing cross-functions partners and leadership as well as driving initiatives to completion. Candidate will report directly to the Sr. Director of Finance Operations. Job Responsibilities Responsible for the effectiveness & efficiency of the global Order-to-Cash process & team. Create, manage and monitor key performance indicators, using the results to assess the overall performance of functional areas and develop strategies. Communicate the results to leadership. Work closely with cross functional partners and customers to improve policies & processes, create transparency and drive operational excellence. Influence business partners and drive initiatives that optimize working capital and/or our shared service strategy. Lead, develop, and mentor the team using industry best practices and expertise to help them grow and achieve performance and productivity targets. Ensure compliance with controls and accounting policies by maintaining and improving systems, processes, and data. Support the monthly and quarterly financial close by providing timely and accurate AR-related results. Qualifications 8
years of professional experience managing a shared services or cross-functional team Experience with global Order-to-Cash processes and systems Experience building out shared service capabilities Proven ability implementing continuous improvement practices including identify root cause, create action plan and implement plan with full support of all parties/departments impacted.
