Description Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director of Total Rewards is responsible for the design, implementation of a Total Reward strategy that will further support our efforts to attract and retain top talent. This position is responsible for demonstrating thought leadership on the development of total rewards methodologies and approaches; ensuring programs support the organization's business objectives, meet legal requirements, and deliver value and equitable pay. This position will direct the service delivery of the compensation and benefits teams. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement all aspects of the total rewards strategy for the enterprise, assuring internal equity and external competitiveness in compensation and benefit programs - Direct the design, implementation, maintenance and cost control of employee benefits plans, including health and welfare plans, qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, life, and disability programs, leaves of absence, employee assistance and Wellness Programs - Provide direction for compensation programs including annual salary planning/merit increases process, salary structures, variable pay and other incentive programs to ensure alignment with company's goals, initiatives and budgets - Evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefit programs, policies and guidelines and ensuring they are market competitive, cost effective, aligned with corporate goals and comply with company policies, federal legislation and other government and regulatory requirements. - Lead the administration of all Associate incentive plans including , STI, LTI, Deferred compensation programs, department specific by coordinating the efforts of accounting, finance, legal, treasury, tax, and payroll teams. - Maintain a consolidated database of all TBC incentive plans and be the liaison with the accounting team in order to ensure all incentive plans are documented, properly accrued for and reviewed and approved by legal. - Manage and Partner with external vendors and consultants in both compensation and benefit arenas to ensure the company is positioned competitively and stays current on trends/changes in both the utility industry and general industry. - Play critical role in the due diligence process and comprehensive review of all compensation and benefit plans for new ventures, mergers and acquisitions. - Support union negotiations for health and welfare benefit plan designs in support of the overall corporate and labor strategy. - Develop and propose the annual merit review budget and oversee the execution merit increases in SuccessFactors ensuring the budgets and business cases are adhered to while ensuring market position and pay for performance is taken into account. - Direct the job evaluation process, compensation analysis requests, pay equity and other compensation studies - Ensure Total Rewards practices drive our diversity, equity, and inclusion outcomes through thoughtful and innovative approaches at every phase of the compensation cycle. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, Masters preferred in human resources, finance, business, information systems or similar; - 10
years of overall Compensation and Benefit experience with recent experience in progressive roles - Strong executive presence and leadership capabilities, with ability to influence senior level leaders and key stakeholders. - High energy and drive to create an environment of continuous improvement, high performance and engagement - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, growing company. - Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with HR colleagues and business partners. - Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills including strong listening, negotiation, persuasion and facilitation skills with all levels of leadership and associates - Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) preferred. - SPHR Certification is a plus - Financial ability to identify and implement cost-effective programs. - Prior Human Resources or finance experience preferred, including significant experience in the design and implementation of complex compensation and benefits programs - Experience using Human Resources Information Systems - SAP/ Success Factors experience is a plus Benefits Competitive compensation Medical, Dental and Vision coverage Company paid short term disability and company subsidized long term disability Company paid life insurance 401(k) with company match and immediate 100% vesting Generous paid vacation and paid time off Flexible spending account Employee assistance program Employee automotive service discounts And more! Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
