The primary focus of the Office Manager/Permit Runner will be to secure building permits as well as coordinate the approval process by reviewing blueprints, documents and understanding zoning and building code compliance.
Job Duties:
- Manage and prepare permit applications for all necessary projects - Understand City planning department guidelines - Submit paperwork properly and on time - Maintain an organized log of the application status of each project - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to multitask - Problem solving skills & understand the timeline of projects and their permit process needs as they arise such as change of contractor submissions and notarization of files.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, well organized, stable, and long term.

-Valid driver's license and good driving record -Bilingual (English / Spanish).
It's preferred but not required.
