The responsibility of this position is to provide administrative support to the operations/human resources functions to include, but not limited to, the VP of HR and EVP.
Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding.
Provide assistance to employees with the payroll app.
Answer busy phone system.
Process termination paperwork and documentation.
Assist with budgeting and ordering of uniforms and office supplies for all locations.
Create monthly documentations using PowerPoint and Excel.
Document in database and respond to customer complaints.
General copying for monthly meeting, room set up/order lunches.
Assist in developing a PowerPoint presentation for meetings.
Monthly Birthday and Anniversary tracking.
Monthly bonus calculations.
Key Competencies for the role:
Bilingual English/Creole.
Communication, planning and timeliness skills, can anticipate needs and jump right in to assist.
Thrives in a busy environment.
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
