Communicating with inspectors, homeowners, designers, and team members.
Overseeing day-to-day operations on multiple jobsites, coordinating schedules, scheduling inspections and ordering materials.
We are looking for someone who is a highly motivated team player that enjoys problem solving and working on the finer details that go into building luxury custom homes.
Must have:

years' experience in high end residential construction Experience in reading architectural plans and managing jobsites Solid understanding of construction principals & building methods Plus:
Experience as a Project Manager, Project Supervisor and/or Carpenter Military background Proficient in Microsoft Office & Tech Savvy Pay range will be $90,000 - $125,000 depending on experience Benefits include - Health, Dental & Vision insurance Car Allowance & Mileage Reimbursement Job Type:
