We are seeking a Paralegal to handle personal injury litigation cases.
The position supports 1 to 3 attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
This position will require direct contact with clients, providers, opposing counsel etc.
Successful candidates will be highly organized, detail-orientated, proactive, and a team player.

Experience:
Paralegal experience 2
years (Required) Legal Research experience (Lexis Nexis or Westlaw) (Preferred) Performing written discovery Use of State local filing systems; federal filings a plus Personal Injury experience (Preferred) TrialWorks or Case Management System knowledge (Preferred) Work Location:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
