Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding.
Answer busy phone system.
Process terminations and documentation.
Assist with budgeting and ordering of uniforms for all locations.
Create monthly documentations using PowerPoint and Excel.
Document in database and respond to customer complaints.
Meeting Management:
General copying for monthly meeting, room set up/order lunches.
Assist in developing a PowerPoint presentation for the meeting.
Monthly Birthday and Anniversary tracking.
Monthly bonus calculations.
Key Competencies for the role:
Bilingual English/Creole.
Communication, planning and timeliness skills, can anticipate needs and jump right in to assist.
Thrives in a busy environment.
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
