Position:
The ideal candidate will be primarily be responsible for driving studio sales/memberships, and all studio operations.
Previous experience in Personal Trainer / Coaching, Fitness Coach, Health, Wellness, Training, Healthcare, Fitness, Athletic, Exercise, Sports, Fitness Professionals, sports medicine highly desirable.
Requirements/Responsibilities Requirements:
1 years of PROVEN SUCCESS in sales, preferably membership sales within the fitness industry College level course work in Anatomy and Physiology or Certification Availability for 1-2 weeks out of town job training Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner Ability to manage and drive all revenue from membership sales Excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Professional, punctual, reliable and neat Strong attention to detail and accuracy Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information Previous experience in Personal Trainer / Coaching, Fitness Coach, Health, Wellness, Training, Healthcare, Fitness, Athletic, Exercise, Sports, Fitness Professionals, sports medicine highly desirable.
