Wycliffe Golf and Country Club Homeowners Association Inc Wycliffe Golf and Country Club Homeowners Association Inc Wellington, FL Wellington, FL Full-time Full-time $20 an hour $20 an hour DESCRIPTION We are looking for upbeat, professional, friendly, enthusiastic servers to provide food & beverage service to club members and guests.
Our servers have a passion for food and beverage, as well as overall hospitality and service.
You'll be the face of our restaurants and responsible for our members' experiences.
Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service to our members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; Works closely with the host staff to clean and turnover tables efficiently.
Ensures that all glassware, silverware, china and linen are clean, polished and organized.
Ensures that there is a sufficient supply of setups for the shift.
Clears tables of dishes, glasses, silverware, food and other items.
Resets tables in accordance with Club procedures.
Fills water glasses at the time diners are seated, delivers bread and butter and refills non-alcoholic beverages.
Completes all opening, closing and running side work.
Leaves work area clean, organized and stocked for the next shift.
Transports soiled linen to the laundry.
Vacuums floors and ensures that there is no debris on the floor.
Assists service staff to ensure members/guests have an excellent dining experience; which also includes running food items to tables.
Communicates with members, co-workers, management and the general public in a courteous and professional manner.
Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
Exhibits and maintains a professional demeanor and grooming standards to reflect a positive image of Wycliffe Golf & Country Club.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager and Dining Room Managers QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have customer service and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience preferred.
Previous club experience preferred.
Ability to verbally communicate well in English and in writing.
Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
Ability to interact professionally and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, co-workers and members.
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to communicate well in English.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information one-on-one to members and guests.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
