Scott Roberts and Associates Scott Roberts and Associates West Palm Beach, FL West Palm Beach, FL Full-time Full-time $15 - $25 an hour $15 - $25 an hour 11 hours ago 11 hours ago 11 hours ago ROLE AND RESPONSIBLITIES Criminal Research Helps in Data Entry and Verifications if needed Works on Criminal Searches Person Searches State Criminal Searches County Criminal/Civil Searches Federal Criminal/Civil Searches Worker's Compensation Searches National Criminal History Database Searches Customer Service and Operations Answers Direct Line Calls and Criminal Phone Line, as well as assists calls for other departments/individuals Knows how to dispatch searches to vendors Reads through court records/documents and understands terminology Contacts Courts and Vendors regarding clarification on searches/records, statuses, etc Takes calls from consumer/clients regarding a dispute, sealed or expunged records This is a research/operations position at a growing Background check company.
