8K a year Human Resources Clerk We are a corporate management company of luxury automotive dealerships throughout the country.
Our location is in beautiful downtown West Palm Beach.
We are in search of a team member to join our Human Resource Department, as the HR Clerk.
As the HR Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of employee-related clerical duties.
Your priority will be assisting with obtaining motor vehicle records, criminal records, and credit checks to determine hiring eligibility.
This position will assist in the recommendation of individuals to proceed to the next step in their process.
The right individual will have full-time training in their duties.
Duties may be increased to encompass deeper background investigations as well.
Responsibilities Verify details of originally entered data for validity Review completed background reports for content Develop off-site relationships with dealership HR in discussing reports Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties Perform other clerical duties in HR department - filing, scanning, etc.
Other duties assigned Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.
) Basic knowledge of human resources would be helpful Good organizational skills Must be a good communicator Ability to look objectively at background results and apply good decision making Ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships Education Requires one year of clerical experience Requires the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing Associate degree in Human Resources or work experience equivalent About us We offer competitive salary, medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) program with company match, paid vacation, professional working environment, job specific training, & advancement opportunities.
