Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; pursuing or completing a degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.

Basic knowledge of HR principles and employment laws is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
