THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION.
We are currently seeking a Plaintiff pre-suit personal injury paralegal.
The right candidate is a motivated individual who wants to learn and grow as a paralegal.
This individual will work and learn on various tasks, including, but not limited to, Request all case related documents:
medical records, liens, bills, radiology findings, etc.
Communicate with both client and insurance company.
Assist with scheduling matters on as-needed basis.
Experience with Client Profiles/ATO is a plus.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills.
Minimum 2 years personal injury experience.
Draft pre-suit demand.
Able to work at a fast pace with a heavy case volume.
Able to work independently or as part of a team.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
