Our client is seeking a talented Benefits Analyst to join their team.
This remote position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external clients.
As a Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate set-up, ongoing maintenance, and support of client accounts for both health and benefits (H&B) and COBRA.

Please note this is a four-month, remote contract job that pays $16/hr.
Responsibilities:
Provides customer service and support to both internal and external clients.
Timely and accurate set-up, processing all documentation related to the client's account.
Researches and resolves product and service issues for field and clients.
Maintains integrity of clients' financial and insurance transactions.
Performs data input and maintains strong prioritization and organizational skills.
Participates in product-related projects or training sessions as required.
Initiating timely set up, process all documentation related to set up and maintenance of the client's account.
Resolving product and service issues from the field and our clients.
Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of clients' financial and insurance transactions.
Performing data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organizational skills, and professional communications.
Participating in product-related projects or training sessions, as required.
Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or Finance.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service or insurance-related experience.
Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of the insurance industry, customer service/billing, and familiarity with health insurance is a plus.
