Job assignments include:
Answering main telephone line and directing caller to the appropriate individual Processing faxes and service emails through Case Management System Processing mail delivered by US Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, etc.
Greeting Clients, Visitors and Guests Follow-up calls to Potential New Clients regarding records and status of signed contracts Drafting shell decline letters and sending same certified (also checking on status of certified letters to see if they have been delivered) Renaming documents and placing them in the appropriate tabs in the Case Management System Scanning paper copies into the system Making photo copies Answering telephones Follow up with Opposing Counsel regarding deadlines that have passed with no responses Schedule court reporters and videographers Prepare third-party subpoenas Prepare form pleading shells Assist with putting together deposition binders Follow up on miscellaneous items SALARY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE - WE ARE PREPARED TO PAY ABOVE-MARKET FOR A SUPER STAR!
