Essential Functions:
1) Support PeopleSoft Time and Labor module; additional modules may be assigned to this position as needed.
2) Work collaboratively with IT staff and system users.
3) Implement and maintain ERP system integrations with internal and third party systems.
4) Perform system integration tests, coordinate user acceptance tests and training of PeopleSoft modules.
5) Work with the Payroll department to identify opportunities to streamline business processes.
6) Support statutory reporting.
7) System support after normal business hours as needed.
Qualifications:
1) Five (5) or more years of supporting PeopleSoft 9.
2 Time and Labor and/or Payroll modules.
2) Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in implementing large, complex projects in a large organization.
3) Experience with implementing application upgrades and System Development Life Cycle.
4) Experience in all phases of implementations including Fit/Gap analysis and requirements gathering, data mapping for conversions, business process re-engineering, testing, knowledge transfer and production support.
5) Experience with Time & Labor and time clock integrations (preferred).
6) Experience with reviewing and testing PeopleSoft tax updates (preferred).
7) Experience with payroll checks and ACH processing with financial institutions (preferred).
8) Experience with Manager Self Service and Employee Self Service and TimeSheet (preferred).
9) Experience with PeopleSoft Testing Framework (preferred).
10) Experience with Implementing Dashboards and Workcenters in PeopleSoft/ERP Systems (preferred).
11) Knowledge of PeopleSoft PUM selective adoption methodology (preferred).
12) Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups, and effectively communicate via orally and written.
14) Knowledge of current computing technologies and software applications appropriate to the position's job responsibilities.
