Note:
The schedule for this role is Wednesday through Sunday.
Weekend hours are lighter at 6 hours each day.
A support associate is deeply involved within the realm of user experience, seeking to alleviate any frustrations with optimism, any bugs with solutions, and any excitement with matched enthusiasm.
Their job is to thoroughly understand the app in order to help improve it, so as to guide users through it and to communicate any current issues.
This role will daily offer the chance to flex one's people person and communication skills, and it offers the unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing, freedom-loving company! The support associate will help aid in the response of support requests alongside the Support Manager and team, carry out user and business requests, as well as assist in optimizing our support systems and the PublicSq.

Due to the amount of volume we are experiencing right now, the hiring need is for at least some weekend coverage.
Ideally one day and perhaps as much as two days weekend coverage for this role.
Roles & Responsibilities Respond to support tickets in Intercom, assessing each issue and replying accordingly, joyfully, and in a timely manner Managing user data safely and securely Updating business listings Escalation of issues to the appropriate teams Logging app feedback from users for our Product Team Qualifications Experience in the customer service field Computer Software Experience (logging and updating trouble tickets via a software app) Team player Willing to pivot Intercom experience is a plus PublicSq.
