Ideal candidate must have prior experience in performing arts management/administration, possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills along with effective and efficient organizational skills and be an excellent collaborator.
Experience working with students and with teaching artists as well as a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Must be a detail-oriented self-starter and complete a full Level II background screening with the School District of Palm Beach County.
