The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of practical experience in Human Resources; have a solid understanding of Federal and Florida State general employment laws/regulations, including the FLSA, FMLA as well as the EEOC; possess outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy; be detail-oriented, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and be proficient in MS Office.
