) We hire people as 1099 subcontractors rather than W-2 employees, meaning you use your own cleaning supplies and transportation.
PAYMENT:
This job pays 50% of every booking to the cleaner.
This often comes out to $18-$32 an hour depending on how fast you work.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of RESIDENTIAL HOUSE CLEANING EXPERIENCE - Knowledge to do standard, deep, and moving cleans.
Post-Construction cleaning skills are also a plus.
- No allergies to cats or dogs - Ability to speak English is highly valued - Must have your own transportation and a smart phone - Must submit a resume and three referrals - Must have your own cleaning supplies - Must be respectful Job Types:
