This role executes a high degree of communication and coordination with various stakeholders in and out of the organization and is a facilitator of connectivity between the family of companies and supply chains.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of fresh produce/floral, a solid work ethic, along with the vision, drive, and energy to contribute to the growth of our organization.
Minimum Qualifications o Education & Experience o 4
years of experience in Business or related field or equivalent related experience.
o At least 2 years' experience in logistics operations, with a produce/floral background preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Respond to Carrier needs and requests with urgency and a customer-focused attitude.
Coordinates all movement (pick up and deliveries) from warehouse to customers.
Schedule appointments for pickup and delivery.
Creates documents such as Bill of Ladings, Purchase Orders and Packing Slips.
Processes orders and generates corresponding invoices.
Building relationships with both internal and external customers.
Tracks costs associated with all shipments.
Assists with all administrative functions.
Available after hours as business requires.
Other duties as assigned.
