Exempt SUMMARY Provides administrative support to the Vice President of Human Resources regarding all HR functions.
Supports the day-to-day administrative needs of the Human Resources Department inclusive of new hire processing; background check submission, candidate coordination, new hire processing, etc.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

Other duties may be assigned.
Supports the Human Resources team as overall administrative support.
Provides customer service to organization employees and candidates.
Assists Human Resources team with various new hire processing and personnel file projects.
Runs file audits as needed to ensure compliance.
Duties to include answering phones, faxing, emailing, filing, coping and other office duties.
Maintaining the calendar of the VP of Human Resources.
Setting appointments and arranging meetings.
Processes verification of employment and references as needed, accountable for all follow up and completion.
Manages employee requests and traffic in office.
Maintaining computer systems by updating and entering data.
Compiling and preparing reports, spreadsheets, PowerPoints, and presentations as directed by the VP of Human Resources.
