Job Description:
Earl Stewart Toyota, a highly esteemed and customer-focused dealership, is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Used Car Manager to join our growing team.

We're particularly interested in candidates with Toyota-specific experience and those who have a comprehensive understanding of the Toyota Certified Used Vehicle (TCUV) program.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, price and appraise trade-ins and purchase used vehicles.
Oversee the reconditioning and detailing process for all used vehicles.
Develop and execute strategies to market and promote sales of used cars.
Maintain an optimal inventory mix of used cars to meet market demands.
Develop, maintain, and improve customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Coordinate with Sales and Finance team to ensure the dealership's profitability and customer satisfaction.
Continuously monitor market trends, pricing, and inventory management strategies of local and national competitors.
Manage and motivate retail sales team Manage wholesale vehicle sales
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the auto dealership industry.
Proven track record of success with used car sales, ideally with Toyota and TCUV program experience.
Strong knowledge of automotive sales, appraisal tools, and software.
Excellent leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
Ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient in relevant computer applications and databases.
Must have a valid driver's license.
