Business Development Manager
Insight Global is looking for a Business Development Manager for one of our top construction clients.
This individual will be focused in the the West Palm Beach and South Florida areas managing a variety of commercial construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have former sales experience and a network in South Florida.
This candidate must be able to take the client and a team through the construction process end to end, and have excellent presentation/ coaching skills.
Lastly, they are looking for an excellent culture fit soft skills and the ability to interact with others is key.
Academic exposure in public relations, advertising, communications, or journalism 5
years of experience with business development in commercial construction 5
years of experience in direct sales, negotiations, networking, managing accounts, and an in-depth knowledge of construction practices (pricing, estimating, preconstruction, and fee structures) Proficient experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Recommended Skills Advertising Business Development Coaching And Mentoring Communication Construction Direct Selling Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
