LOCATION:
Fully on-site in Palm Beach, FL WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
This position will serve as the primary IT support specialist for their region.
You will also assist other team members to complete demands of the business.
Managing escalated incidents and request from the Service Desk and working with other departments within IT Operations.
Assisting end users onsite or remotely with hardware and/or software inquiries.
Configure and install IT hardware and software.
Perform asset management including updates and reconciliation.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or 2
years of related hands-on experience.
Active Directory administration experience Microsoft O365, Windows 10, and MDM experience #LI-KC1 Recommended Skills Administration Asset Management Information Technology Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Management Technical Support Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
