End-user support, help desk experience, and troubleshooting skills At least 4 years working in a full-time IT position Great diagnostic skills Strong people skills Impeccable professional skills such as being timely, a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, a desire to learn and grow, etc.
Networking expertise including Active Directory.
