Summary:
Providing quality customer service to patients, families and referral sources during inquiry calls and the admissions process.
Essential responsibilities include:
Patient Access for inpatient and outpatient locations.
Handling Inbound and Outbound calls.
Coordinates, communicates and predicts impacts to bed management Create admissions from all possible points of entry and provides general oversight of patient placement Qualification's include:
2 year's of experience in an admissions or healthcare setting.
Must demonstrate ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Must be detail-oriented with good oral and written communication skill.
Customer service skills and professional communication skills needed.
Must be flexible in scheduling and willing to work weekends.
Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
Helath insurance verification experience is a plus.
