Responsibilities:
As a Car Wash Team Member, your main role is to provide exceptional customer service.
Your duties include:
Safety:
Complete safety training promptly.
Safely guide customers into the car wash tunnel.
Monitor guests during their wash and participate in ongoing safety training.
Hospitality:
Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Greet customers with a warm welcome and fond farewell.
Quality:
Clearly explain the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club.
Answer customer questions professionally and informatively.
Go above and beyond by pre-cleaning vehicles.
Address customer concerns following our brand standards.
Speed:
Keep operations running smoothly.
Help team members and guests as needed.
Safely guide vehicles into the car wash with a 95% efficiency rate.
Cleanliness:
Maintain equipment, grounds, and facility cleanliness to high standards.
Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills Strong work ethic and positive attitude Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Team player who can also work independently Dependability and goal-oriented mindset Passion for working outdoors with reliable transportation Ability to stand, bend/kneel, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds We Offer:
