Our litigation practice is concentrated on high net worth divorce and other family law matters.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in forensic accounting or public accounting audit experience.
The primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
Assisting clients in the preparation of Financial Affidavits and Answers to Interrogatories to be filed with the Court; Identifying and obtaining the documents necessary to complete our accounting analyses and the client's production to the other side; Assisting attorneys in deposition preparation for third parties; Preparation of Accounting Reports with all supporting documentation; Analysis of income and tax return comparisons; Spending and lifestyle analyses; Asset tracing; and Management of litigation cases from start to finish.
This position requires an extremely detail oriented, self-motivated and organized individual, with the ability to multi-task in an environment of ever-changing priorities.
The ideal candidate must have excellent computer and research skills and be comfortable working on projects individually, as well as in a cooperative team environment.
In addition to good written and oral communication skills, candidates must have an advanced working knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks.
Salary commiserate with experience.
