About Mint Eco Car Wash:
Mint Eco Car Wash was founded in 2019 to build a healthy organization and apply that organization's might to changing the Car Wash Industry.
The business started with the acquisition of two existing car washes in September 2019.
In 2020 & 2021, Mint Eco developed its unique strategy and brand focused on creating a Different product for the consumer.
After significant success with the concept, the Company raised third-party capital to build a 50-property portfolio primarily in Palm Beach County (a $350,000,000 endeavor).
Today, Mint Eco has four operating properties and seven projects under development.

Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring customer happiness.
Direct and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure operational excellence to maximize profits.
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for all site operations including site safety, facilities management, customer service, driving sales, site compliance, and the development of the car wash team.
Provide ongoing development, coaching, and counseling to AGM, Supervisors, Managers, and high-potential hourly team members.
Ensure compliance with onboarding, orientation, and training processes for all new team members.
Follow-up on action items as needed, quickly and accurately.
Create genuine connections with customers and foster relationships through superior customer service.
Accountable for accurate reconciliation of all financial transactions, managing vendor relationships, and reviewing financial reports for correct disbursement of commissions and other incentives.
Producing daily reports and analysis of the site's performance.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate a mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance as well as organizational skills for the management of chemistry, wash supplies, and labor.
Supports marketing initiatives at the wash to drive revenue, promote fundraising opportunities, and direct updates to advertising platforms.
Education:
High School / Equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
