Are you an enthusiastic communicator with a passion for sales and customer service? We're looking for a Telemarketer to join our fast-paced team, specializing in health care and medical testing services.
As a Telemarketer, you will play a pivotal role in our sales efforts, connecting with potential clients to provide essential information, answer questions, and help them access state of the art healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospective leads who have expressed interest in our services.
Utilize proven scripts to educate potential clients about our products and the process of receiving them.
Skillfully ask questions to understand the unique requirements of each customer.
Accurately record customer information in our computer system.
Go above and beyond to meet sales targets and create opportunities for future sales.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role is preferred.
Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas, preferably via phone.
Proficiency in using relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle customer complaints.
A persistent and results-oriented mindset.
Patience and resilience in the face of customer rejection.
