Responsibilities:
As a Car Wash Team Member, your primary role is to provide an exceptional customer service experience to all our patrons.
Your duties encompass:
Hospitality:
Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Greet customers with a warm smile and bid them farewell.
Quality:
Thoroughly understand and transparently convey the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club.
Answer customer inquiries professionally, diplomatically, and informatively.
Surpass guest expectations by pre-cleaning vehicles and ensuring their readiness for the wash.
Address customer concerns in a manner consistent with our brand standards.
Efficiency:
Proactively ensure smooth operations, aiding team members and guests when needed.
Maintain a 95% efficiency rating while safely guiding vehicles into the car wash.
Safety:
Complete assigned training promptly to ensure a safe work environment.
Safely guide customers into the car wash tunnel, with special attention to those needing specific wash modifications.
Monitor guests throughout their wash experience and participate in ongoing safety training.
Cleanliness:
Take ownership of equipment, grounds, and facility cleanliness during each shift, upholding our high standards.
Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills (world-class) Strong work ethic, high energy level, and a positive attitude Motivation to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills Self-direction and the ability to collaborate in a team-based environment to achieve common goals Dependability and goal-oriented mindset Passion for working outdoors and access to reliable transportation Ability to frequently stand, bend/kneel, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds We Offer:
