We have an immediate opening for full-time Patient Services Representative Front Desk Coordinator to join our West Palm Beach, FL team.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8/8:
30 to 5/5:
30 with occasional weekends and holidays.
Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
This is a non-remote onsite position.
MUST HAVE:
-Excellent Customer Service Skills with Patients in Person and on the Phone -Must be energetic and outgoing but also kind and compassionate to every patient you speak to.
-Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and answer a multi line phone system.
Must be able to answer the phone and schedule patients and answer questions about the program while also being able to check patients in and out in a kind- compassionate helpful manner.
Great team oriented environment with other support staff.
Must also be able to greet patients and visitors to the office and providing high level of customer service -Preferred experience in call center, customer service oriented industry, sales position, medical sales or similar.
Must have strong communication skills.
-Must be an independent worker, detailed oriented and computer savy.
More important than the best skills, however, is the right person with a passion for their job.

One of the main requirements of this front desk position is answering the phones in a busy medical weight loss office.
Do you have experience with multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service on the phones to all clients and being able to answer questions and make patients feel comfortable and taken care of? Main location of position is in West Palm Beach.
Would you be able to work in Jupiter location 1-2 days per week? Are you currently working? If so, when would you be able to start? What pay or salary are you looking for? Work Location:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
