Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm and professional greeting - Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Maintain a clean and organized office (light housekeeping) - Manage training calendars for office - Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records - Assist with various administrative tasks daily - Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion -Events coordination -Light inventory/supply ordering Knowledge/Skills:
