Position Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic hospitality professional to join our team! This is a unique opportunity for a diverse group of industry experts to apply, as based on the unique skill set of applicants, we may be able to cultivate a dream position.
We need a magical individual to own the experience provided at our Palm Beach location and ultimately someone to assist with the upkeep of the facilities.
This includes working in tandem with the Hotel Manager to assist with reservations, housekeeping, light repairs & maintenance, groundskeeping and ensuring our guests have a delightful experience while on site.
The ideal candidate will come to the table with a strong background in hospitality, particularly in a dynamic client facing positions.

Responsibilities:
? Ensure a guest responsive culture.
? Assist with the day-to-day operations of the hotel, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the facility and grounds are in excellent, hospitable condition.
? Assist with all inquiries and reservations for the property.
? Contribute to a positive work environment for all vendors or future employees ? Follow and ensure all SOP's, policies, and service standards are upheld.
? Support the health, safety and welfare of the hotel guests and fellow employees.
? Assist with and contribute to day-to-day creative solutions to improve the guest experience, to eliminate operational inefficiencies, and to overall improve the health and performance of the operation.
Qualified individuals may have an opportunity to expand within this role as need dictates and we grow the property with renovations.

Qualifications A Must +3yrs of hospitality experience, preferably in hotels.
Embody a warm, positive and hospitable nature.
Have an exceptional eye for detail and be service oriented.
Be highly motivated and willing to roll up the sleeves to assist with a wide range of tasks.
Excellent written, verbal, and administrative skills.
Capable of using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite applications; ability to adapt to new technology and other hotel systems.
Fluent in Spanish Preferred Degree (or equivalent) in hospitality or business management.
Able to work a flexible schedule when needed.
