Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager include:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Hospital Current CPR/BLS Card Ability to communicate clearly through written, verbal, and electronic means Abililty to overcome challenges Team Player This is a high-functioning, fast-moving culture, and you'll be expected to be agile and adaptive, while demonstrating your passion for service, and holding yourself accountable to the highest level of quality you can deliver.
