Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department - Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues - Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records - Assist with order processing and tracking - Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Provide product information and answer any questions customers may have Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish - Proficient in using phone systems and maintaining proper phone etiquette - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Sales experience is preferred but not required This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys providing excellent customer service.
