Report to work on time and in full uniform Maintains the cleanliness of the dining room, Service areas, and F&B hallways.
Provides professional, competent, and prompt service to guests.
Maintain minimum cleanliness standards of all dining room and service areas.
(ex.
Dish removal form all tables, pre-bussing, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) Organize and restock service station Practice and maintain aggressive hospitality at all times by being attentive to guests needs.
Each associate is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management, which the candidates are capable of performing.
Daily and weekly audit of mini bar food and beverage items.
Ensure all purchases are accounted for via rooming sheets and lightspeed.
Ensure adequate stock of food and beverage products Other supporting functions:
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the hotel.
Perform general cleaning tasks, using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.
Folding napkins for all meal periods throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply, restocking condiments, etc.
Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills, or special guest requests and cross-training, to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Report any suspicious persons or activities to a supervisor immediately.
