Based in West Palm Beach Florida the Customer Service team will be responsible for taking inbound phone calls from customers, processing orders and scheduling deliveries.
CSR team members will be trouble shooting complaints and must have excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions This is a full-time position.
Daily operating hours are 9:
00 a.
m.
through 9:
00 p.
m.
and employees will be scheduled for 8 hour shifts with a breaks and lunch periods.
The employee will be working inside in an office setting.

Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as:
preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; typing; viewing a computer terminal.

Manage incoming phone calls Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
