Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Kyzar, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding service to our clients.
You will be the friendly and knowledgeable voice that our customers rely on when they reach out to us for assistance.
Your exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to de-escalate situations will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information about our HVAC services.
Listen attentively to customers' needs, concerns, and inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions, and recommendations.
Process customer orders, service requests, and schedule appointments efficiently.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries or concerns.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role on the phone.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Demonstrated experience in de-escalating challenging customer situations with empathy and patience.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet customer needs.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:
00 to 5:
00 or 10:
00 AM to 7:
00 PM per business needs and sometimes weekends.
