Looking for enthusiast, friendly, with excellent customer service skills, to provide each VIP Member or Guest with exceptional service.
Team members are responsible for greeting each VIP Member or Guest with a smile and helpful approach with every visit.
Leaving each member or guest the memory of an outstanding experience.
Member Services Concierge must be able to multitask, take initiative, communicate effectively, adhere to rules and dress code as well as stand for long periods of time.
Must be willing and able to work a flexible work schedule.
Must have good technical skills to in learning a ticketing platform/work with scanners to process tickets.
Quality of work must be consistent and be reliable.
Most importantly, enjoy working with people.
Employment is Monday through Friday until the end of December and then starting January 1st, the days change to Wednesdays through Sundays.
Including Friday and/or Saturday nights for 13 weeks.
This is a 5 month Seasonal Employment.
