As a partner to many of the world's best riders, and due to increasing demands and activities, we are looking for an administrative assistant in Wellington, FL.
What you'll be doing isAfter being trained and directly reporting to your Manager, you will be in charge of (and not limited to):
Process orders from sales representatives Handle customer returns (back to stock, exchange, refund) Provide customer services and sales support to customers and sales rep (Q&A) Keep data base up to date Prepare shipping label and communicate with client via text, phone and/or e-mail.

8 hour shift, from 9am to 6pm - with 1hr lunch break from 1-2pm Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Administrative Assistants & Receptionists:
1 year (Preferred) Customer service:
1 year (Preferred).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
