You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, scheduling appointments, and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the services and work provided Create appointments for customers Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services we provide
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient computer and phone skills Previous experience and/or knowledge in the plumbing and septic industry preferred, but not required This is an ever-growing company with opportunities to advance!
