Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:

Canvassing Strategy:
Develop effective strategies to generate leads and promote our products.
Lead Generation:
Oversee door-to-door canvassing, creating interest in impact windows and scheduling appointments.
Customer Education:
Ensure canvassers are well-informed about our offerings for effective customer education.
CRM Management:
Utilize our CRM system to record interactions, manage appointments, and track lead progress.
Training and Development:
Conduct regular sessions to enhance the team's knowledge and skills.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor metrics, implement strategies to optimize results, and meet targets.
Community Engagement:
Foster positive local relationships to enhance brand awareness.
Requirements:
Experience:
Previous canvassing or field marketing experience preferred.
Communication Skills:
