All personnel are rigorously screened, including in-depth background checks and evaluations to identify candidates with the proper experience, skillsets and judgment required in security positions.
Once selected, officers and surveyors undergo extensive training on industry best practices, self-defense techniques, use of force standards, de-escalation procedures and more.
Officers receive additional training to operate as liaisons with local law enforcement.
Surveyors are trained in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) methodologies to identify vulnerabilities and recommend customized security solutions for each client.
We invest heavily in advanced security technologies, tools and software to enhance monitoring, response times and overall situational awareness.
These include high-definition security cameras, specialized access control and intrusion detection systems, armored vehicles, secured communications equipment and more.
We also maintain close working relationships with area law enforcement agencies to facilitate coordination and information sharing for the safety of clients and their property.

Security Officer Duties:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of premises - Utilize CCTV systems to observe and report any suspicious activities - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or breaches - Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and appropriately - Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns - Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records Skills:
