Responsibilities:
- Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records - Perform order entry tasks and ensure timely processing - Organize and maintain files and documents - Collect data from various sources and input it into the system - Create and update spreadsheets with data using pivot tables - Type, transcribe, and proofread documents as needed - Assist with basic math calculations and data analysis - Provide administrative support to the team as required Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in data entry and database management - Familiarity with pivot tables and basic data analysis techniques - Excellent typing speed and accuracy - Ability to transcribe information accurately - Basic math skills for calculations and analysis - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using Quickbooks, Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Job Types:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
