As a Concierge, you will be one of the employees that our customers encounter - with one goal in mind:

This is a team-oriented role, you will belong to the Concierge team.
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, energetic, and willing to go the extra mile to help our customers.

About Mint Eco Car Wash:
Mint Eco Car Wash was founded in 2019 to build a healthy organization and apply that organization's might to changing the Car Wash Industry.
The business started with the acquisition of two existing car washes in September of 2019.
In 2020 & 2021, Mint Eco developed its unique strategy and brand focused on creating a Different product for the consumer.
After significant success with the concept, the Company raised third-party capital to build a 50-property portfolio primarily in Palm Beach County (a $350,000,000 endeavor).
Today, Mint Eco has four operating properties and seven projects under development.

Understanding the different services, the car wash offers.
Consulting customers on which services a client's car needs.
Making sure that customers understand the services they purchase.
Maintaining a balanced cash drawer throughout the day.
Opening and closing the front end of the shop (rolling sales carts, fans, signs, etc.
in and out for the day).
Ensuring the quality of work is enforced by providing the customer with a clean vehicle through inspection.
Assisting the manager with customer complaints.
Communicating with managers and supervisors throughout the day to ensure efficient operation of the car wash.
