Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand and communicate product features and benefits to customers Guide customers in selecting the right bicycle and accessories based on their needs Perform bike sizing and adjustments to ensure a comfortable and safe riding experience Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized sales floor Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the cycling industry Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
Qualifications:
Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the bicycle or outdoor industry Passion for cycling and knowledge of different types of bicycles and accessories Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic bike maintenance knowledge is a plus Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
