You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and events Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks Marketing assistance Data entry client care
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Work hours will be on Tuesday thru Saturday from 9am to 5pm Hair, wig or beauty experience is helpful but not required.
Professional appearance, exceptional phone skills, dependability, honesty, trainability and positive mental attitude are a must.
Pay:
$20.
00 to $24.
00 per hour plus bonuses and incentives.
